Chelsea Lembert
Chelsea Lembert works at the intersection of data science and regenerative agriculture, with a special focus on geospatial analysis and sustainable land use. She is the founder of Lembert Prescribed Grazing, a land stewardship initiative based in Oakdale, Connecticut, where she integrates mapping, data tools, and ecological practices to support healthier landscapes and smarter land management.
As a military spouse, Chelsea has built a career defined by adaptability, purpose, and long-term thinking, balancing family life with entrepreneurial ventures and community advocacy.
Under the umbrella of Lembert.Co, Chelsea supports her husband’s brewing venture and leads mapping projects through Lembert Geospatial. She also volunteers in her community and provides pro bono cartographic work to support local planning and environmental initiatives.
Her approach is grounded, multidisciplinary, and data-informed. With experience in geospatial tools, agricultural systems, and community engagement, Chelsea is passionate about leveraging both technology and tradition to grow resilient rural communities and foster environmental insight.
